Gumloop offers a range of AI models to cater to various needs and complexities of tasks. Our AI models are divided into two main categories: Advanced AI models and Standard AI models.

Advanced AI Models

Advanced AI models are at the forefront of AI technology, offering state-of-the-art performance and capabilities. These models include GPT-4 and Claude 3 Opus, which are designed to handle complex tasks with higher accuracy and sophistication. The benefits of using Advanced AI models include:

  • Enhanced performance on complex tasks
  • State-of-the-art capabilities in understanding, reasoning, and generation
  • Far less incidents of “hallucination” where the model lies to the user or produces false information
  • Ability to handle nuanced and specialized requests

However, the use of Advanced AI models may come with certain disadvantages, such as:

  • Higher latency resulting in slower flow runs
  • A more limited number of calls available due to the higher cost they incur

Advanced AI models are ideal for users who require the highest level of AI performance and are engaged in tasks that demand cutting-edge technology.

Standard AI Models

Standard AI models are powerful, but less capable and reliable when compared to their Advanced counterparts. These models are still highly effective for many usecases and include the following models:

  • GPT-3.5
  • Claude 3 Sonnet
  • Claude 3 Haiku
  • Gemini Pro
  • Perplexity
  • Llama 2
  • Mixtral
  • Gemma

The advantages of Standard AI models include:

  • A higher number of calls on the Free tier, and unlimited calls on premium tiers
  • Sufficient for a wide range of common flow tasks
  • Low latency resulting in very quick flow runs

The disadvantages may include:

  • Less sophisticated performance on highly complex tasks
  • Far more prone to incidents of “hallucination” where the model lies to the user or produces false information
  • May not handle nuanced requests as effectively as Advanced AI models

Standard AI models are suitable for users who need AI understanding, reasoning, and/or generation for general tasks. Common usecases include summarization and copy generation.

Vision Models

Gumloop also offers AI Vision models that are designed to analyze and generate visual content. These models can perform tasks such as image recognition, object detection, and high-quality image generation. The Vision models leverage the latest advancements in AI to provide robust capabilities for visual tasks.

These models are used on Nodes that require vision capabilities like the “Analyze Image” or “AI Web Browsing Agent” node.

Vision capabilities are currently supported on:

  • GPT-4
  • Claude 3 Series

AI calls are deducted accordingly if it is an Advanced or Standard model.
